We couldn't be more satisfied with the services that were provided pre-, during, and post-birth for our son. Not only guiding us through the delivery flawlessly but also being a support to ask any questions that we had so that we were prepared for a safe delivery and recovery for both myself and our new baby. We felt seen, heard, and understood through the process. We knew ahead of time that the 2nd time giving birth typically goes faster and we can confirm that theory is accurate. Lauren was able to take me through various positions to keep me calm and contractions developed. additionally, she brought her tools to help with pain control which was greatly appreciated. Once my water broke at home, Lauren was able to think quickly and calmly guide us to the hospital and advocate for us each step of the way so that we remained in control of the situation.
